Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days* of the item being delivered to you. We will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to us.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure that the items are packaged properly. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we are only able to offer a 50% refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact us at support@madeforwine.shop before returning any items and make sure to include your order number and relevant contact information in the email.
*On Christmas, we extend our Returns period - giving you plenty of time to return any gifts that aren’t quite right. Anything purchased between 15th November and 26th December can be returned/exchanged by January 31st. For anything purchased after the 26th of December, the normal 30 day returns policy applies.
