Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days* of the item being delivered to you. We will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfils these criteria.

In the EU, UK and US we accept free returns. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to us if your shipping address was outside of the EU, UK or US. 

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure that the items are packaged properly. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we are only able to offer a 50% refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us at emile@madeforwine.shop before returning any items and make sure to include your order number and relevant contact information in the email.

*On Christmas, we extend our Returns period - giving you plenty of time to return any gifts that aren’t quite right. Anything purchased between 15th November and 26th December can be returned/exchanged by January 31st. For anything purchased after the 26th of December, the normal 30 day returns policy applies.

DAMAGED GOODS DURING DELIVERY

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way. If any damage occurred during transit, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.

Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim within 3 calendar days from the delivery date to support@madeforwine.shop. Make sure to also include your order number in the email.

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases additional compensation, but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped, we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.
